Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you have chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday donot count toward the transit time. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

Shipping & Delivery estimates are for single item orders only. If you're ordering more than one of a single item, here are some things to consider that may impact when your order ships:

  • Multiple units of the same item may not be available.
  • Orders for multiple units of a single item could ship from different locations, or at different times in separate shipments because of inventory at different locations, or becoming available on different dates.
  • Larger orders take longer to prepare and ship.

Delivery estimates can be affected by external factors such as product availability, manufacturer lead time, shipping delays affecting third party logistics providers such as UPS, FedEx and the USPS. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
